FAQs

What is IV hydration therapy and how does it work?

IV therapy is a sterile infusion of fluids, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and medications administered directly into a client’s bloodstream, allowing for extremely rapid hydration and immediate absorption of nutrients to all parts of the body. IV stands for Intravenous, meaning into the vein. A nurse will insert a flexible catheter into the client’s vein and a bag of fluids will be attached, feeding the healing serum into the client’s body. No recovery time is needed.

What can I expect at my visit?

We will start by learning about you and your medical history.  Then, after consenting to treatment, you will be able to pick your ideal IV therapy from our menu. Your chosen IV formula will then be prepared in our clean room.  Next, our highly trained Registered Nurse will guide you (and your companion(s)) to a private therapy space, where the nurse will expertly place your sterile IV.  Your nurse will then begin your IV infusion and administer any additional medications that may be part of your specific formula.  After your formula has finished, your IV will be carefully removed, and you will be given personalized and specific discharge instructions.

Do keep in mind that different patients have unique responses to the treatment with some reporting relief from their symptoms for periods ranging from a few weeks to several months.

Do you offer Vitamin D, Iron, or Copper IV treatments?
We currently use water-soluble vitamins only. We are not able to offer fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin D, Iron, Copper) without nutrient testing beforehand. We have plans to add both micronutrient testing and additional vitamins to our infusion offerings, but it is still a work in progress. If you have particular interest in this area, please send us an email at [email protected] to let us know your interest, and we will keep you informed about our progress.
